Reporting to the HR & Admin Manager, you will assist in the full spectrum of human resources (HR) and administrative functions. You will assist to formulate and implement HR strategies, policies, procedures and programmes for manpower planning, staffing, employees’ development, employees’ relations, performance management and compensation and benefits.
To succeed in the role, you should be a diploma/degree holder with at least 5 years of experience in Human Resources Management. You should be an independent, pro-active, resourceful and strong team player with good analytical, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skills.
